The second phase is Design Development. Once we’ve finalized the floor plan, we begin curating selections tailored to your aesthetic preferences and investment level.

Step #3: Precise Procurement & Execution

The third phase is Construction where your vision comes to life—detailed plans are executed through expert project management, construction, quality control, and the selection of finishes. Depending on the scope of your renovation, this phase could take up to 12 weeks or more.

Step #4: Dedicated Delivery & Installation

The final phase is when everything comes together—furniture is arranged, window treatments are hung, lighting is installed, finishing touches are added, and any remaining issues are resolved.
