The Client Experience

After you fill out the contact form on our website, we will schedule a discovery call to discuss your project and design scope. If we are a good fit for your project, we will schedule an in-person meeting. During our consultation meeting we will take a deep dive into your aesthetic, wish list for your project, timeline & budget. We provide a summary from the scope & also ballpark construction fees.

After the consultation, we will send you a flat fee design proposal for your investment with us along with a consultation summary of your scope. Once we agree on an estimated budget, we will move onto the next step.

Once the proposal is approved, we jump right into planning & conceptual design phase. This includes floor plans and finish selections, such as tile, cabinetry, countertops, and lighting. We want to be confident we are going in the right direction so this is a preliminary meeting to ensure we’re all on the same page before bringing in our Trades.

Once we have finished your design plan, an organized meeting with the Trades allows us to introduce all the detailed specifications and selections for your project to eliminate any allowances in their budget. This ensures accurate proposals for a realistic investment estimate.

Once we have received all of the Construction proposals, we will schedule a presentation that will include floorplans, renderings, elevations, finish samples and a full itemized investment estimate for your project.

After you have approved all items, we will handle the ordering & receiving of all the items. You will be sent weekly progress updates from our team until we are ready for installation.

We oversee the entire project from beginning to end so no details are overlooked or missed.

Once all items have been received and inspected, we install everything in your home. We will give you the dramatic reveal day that we have all been anticipating since our first meeting together.
