Baker Residence New Build
The goal of this project was to assist the homeowners in selecting all the necessary fixtures, finishes, custom millwork, and wood elements prior to framing their new home. Having a concrete plan for the Builder ensured everything would go smoothly, all the necessary materials would be ordered & on-site when ready for install.
We achieved this by creating a detailed Field Book for the builder that specified the Design Plan so they knew where to position thermostats (away from areas that would hold art), install the necessary blocking & supports for Reclaimed Beams & Mantels, and the exact locations for wall sconces & light switches to accommodate mirrors & backsplash sizes. With a well thought out plan & process it eliminated allowances & costly mistakes down the road.
